  • 12th (Intermediate) Marksheet & Admit Card
  • School/College Leaving Certificate (SLC/CLC) & Migration Certificate
  • Caste / Residential / Income Certificate (if applicable)
  • Aadhaar Card (UID) copy
  • 6 Passport-size recent color photographs
